5-Hour Virtual Intensive

With Nelson & Pam Roth

  • Both group and team coaching are effective methods for personal and professional development. Coaching beyond one-to-one offers the following benefits:

    • Developing partnerships and interpersonal relationships that lead to increased trust, collaboration, and support

    • Providing a safe space to grow and learn from each other

    • Stimulating innovation and creativity by being exposed to different perspectives and ideas

Being a coach beyond one-to-one requires an extensive range of technical and people skills and the ability to collaborate by balancing both personalities and perspectives.

  • During this training, you will learn:

    • The difference between group coaching and team coaching

    • How to coach groups and teams using a coaching approach, including the Transformational Coaching Model™, the Four Coaching Techniques, and the online relationship-building tool ConnectBetter

    • How to effectively apply coaching skills for both groups and teams.

During your coaching practice, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple individuals at once and learn about the differences between group and team coaching. While groups are formed around common interests, each member may have their own unique goals. In contrast, team coaching involves working towards shared goals and a common vision.

After completing this training, you will gain the confidence to coach both groups and teams effectively. As a coach, you will be able to assist members of a team or group in overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals.

  • This course is 5 hours and presented live during a one-day intensive.

  • Avoda Coaching Group recommends this course for current team and group coaches and other coaches who want to add value to their role as leaders in their organizations.
