Avoda’s coaching education program offers the following courses accredited by the International Coaching Federation for ACC credentialing Level 1 (110 hours). Sixty plus (60+) coach-specific hours are required for the ACC, Level 1.
Professional Coaching Education - (40 hour)
Transformational Coaching Model™ (10 hour)
Coaching for Leadership Transformation (10 hour)
Team Coaching (10 hour)
Coaching as a Mentor (5 hour and 10 hour)
Discipleship Coaching (5 hour and 10 hour)
Coaching for Church Transformation (10 hour)
Avoda also offers 10 hours of Individual Mentor Coaching, required by ICF for credentialing. The ICF also requires coaching experience of 100+ hours for an ACC credential.
The ICF maintains high standards for professional coaches worldwide and requires that credentials be renewed every three years. Renewal of the credential demonstrates your commitment to the professional standards in the coaching field, and to your own continued growth and education.

Avoda's Certified Coaching Education currently consists of 150 coach-specific training hours. All courses are ICF accredited with 80% of training focused on coaching and the core coaching competencies.

Avoda’s learning goals for students are to develop a working knowledge of and practice of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies. Both knowledge and practice are required to become a Credentialed Coach.
Through an immersive and transformational process, Avoda’s coaching education program will equip you with effective and impactful coaching skills and prepare you to attain our certifications required to coach in multiple domains, including Professional Coaching, Coaching as a Mentor, Team Coaching, Coaching for Leadership Transformation, and Discipleship Coaching.

The coaching philosophy of Avoda aligns with the standards of the International Coaching Federation. We believe both education and practical experience are essential to becoming skilled at coaching. We believe graduating students must demonstrate both knowledge and be proficient in the practice of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching.
The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession.
The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Credential holders.

Avoda’s lead instructors are Nelson Roth and Pam Roth. They hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential respectively with the ICF.
Avoda follows, as a standard for instructors, the International Coaching Federation definition of coaching, Code of Ethics, and Core Competencies.
The International Coaching Federation represents the industry gold standard for coaching.

Qualities of dependability and commitment are evidenced through a student’s faithful participation in classes. Attendance is required with a minimum of 80% of each course. Class time missed can be made up by listening to the class recordings and turning in a reflection paper.
The best students are those who are willing to grow in: self-awareness, partnering with others, vulnerability, and who have a desire to expand their learning.

Full payment for registration is required one week before a course start date.
Avoda Coaching Group, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled course due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. If a class is rescheduled or canceled, participants will be given notice by Avoda Coaching Group, LLC at least seven (7) days before the start of the first day of classes. Students may then enroll in the next available offering of the course or choose another course.
Information submitted for your registration, not including credit card information, on our website is used by Avoda Coaching Group, LLC to respond and follow-up. The information is maintained on our internal database. Instructors maintain student records during classes and after a class is over Avoda Coaching Group, LLC maintains the records internally. Completing a registration form means agreeing to your information being held in our records.
