This course is designed for mentors who desire to expand their mentorship abilities by incorporating coaching techniques. Coaching is a highly effective approach to aid mentees in their personal and professional growth and can be an essential skill for mentors to possess.

• The Transformational Coaching Model™

• Four Coaching Techniques.

Additionally, participants will have the chance to practice their coaching skills in a supportive environment.

Participants will learn Avoda’s unique Transformational Coaching Model™ and Four Coaching Techniques. The techniques are built on the International Coaching Federation’s Core Coaching Competencies. Both the model and the techniques are based on proven principles and will help you develop a firm grip in your active role as a coaching mentor.

By the end of the course, you will be able to distinguish between mentoring and coaching, explain the importance of mentoring, and define coaching.
